Introduction to Design Optimization for Electromagnetic Applications
Webinar Series: Advanced Low Frequency Electromagnetic Workflows
Designing efficient low-frequency electromagnetic devices is complex due to competing objectives and numerous design variables. This webinar will introduce you to a design optimization workflow using tools and methods available in Ansys optiSLang.
We will demonstrate how to set up an optimization workflow by coupling Ansys optiSLang with Ansys Motor-CAD and/or Ansys Maxwell, discussing all possible coupling methods, including automated wizards and Python-based script interfaces.Join us to learn how to move from traditional trial-and-error to a data-driven, systematic approach for designing superior electromagnetic systems.
The webinar also provides insights into the underlying technology, currently available features, and potential application areas. You’ll learn about hardware requirements and licensing specifics, and we’ll present benchmark results comparing GPU vs. CPU performance. Real-world examples will help assess the investment costs of GPU systems.
Join our webinar and discover:
- to couple Ansys optiSLang with Motor-CAD and Maxwell
- run parameter studies and sensitivity analysis,
- optimize your design.
